How Long Is Shipping?

Please allow 24-48 hours to process your order. Orders placed on weekends will begin processing the following business day. Allow 3-5 business days for shipping. Please plan and order accordingly. Shipping may be delayed during holidays.

 

How does “Same Day Pick-Up” work?

When selecting same day pickup, you will receive your order satuday between business hours. Please WAIT until you receive your pickup confirmation email to pick up your order. Same day pickup is available on saturdays until 3pm and Saturday until 1 pm. You have until those times to place your order, if you place your order after that time frame you will have to pick up the next business day.  Please wait for the PICKUP IS READY CONFIRMATION EMAIL. Please don’t wait until the last min to purchase. Pickups start at 4pm, if an earlier time becomes available you will receive a call or text.  CASH IS NOT ACCEPTED FOR SAME DAY PICKUP. If you don't pick up your wig within 30 days your wig will be SOLD. Refunds will not be permitted under any circumstances

Do you install?

I do NOT install wigs or bundles. I only sell, color, and customize.

Can I cancel or modify my order? Refunds or Exchanges?

Unfortunately, I do not allow cancellation or modifications once order is placed. Everything is FINAL SALE, absolutely no refunds or exchanges. However, everything is fixable, and you will have 30 days from the time you pick up your wig to get something fixed.
